Born into the family business, Chuck has been fixing appliances since a young age and he turned it into his career at 15. He is trustworthy, dependable, friendly, and honest; using his expertise to fix appliances the right way, the first time. Initial Contact
When you fill out my contact form or shoot me a call, I will use the appliance model number and symptoms to narrow down it's issue and check to see that I have all available parts for the repair, if parts are needed.
Appliance Repair
I keep an inventory of the most common parts for an immediate repair. If unavailable, I order the parts from my local distributor for a fast same day, or next day repair. No waiting for days or weeks.
Preventative Maintenance
The appliance may be repaired, but my job still isn't done. At every call, I ask myself, "Is there an underlying cause to the issue that needs to be addressed?" or "How can I prevent further issues from happening." I give customers peace of mind by ensuring the problem doesn't happen again..

Washing Machine model numbers can be located under the lid (toploader) or inside the door (front-loader).
Dryer model numbers can be located inside the door.
Refrigerator model numbers can be located on the inside wall of the refrigerator.
